Spectators: 7793 (Terracing: 5846, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bengt-Rune Törnkvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, SV Klingsmoos's Caspar Rother got a free kick in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Giacomo Zerres came free, but Sven Melander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Bengt-Rune Törnkvist made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Roppel. SV Klingsmoos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. John Buchholtz kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Wargön's Bengt-Rune Törnkvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Viktor Boklund was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 24 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wargön fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! In the 25th minute there was a penalty for SV Klingsmoos. Christoph Gotthard stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sven Melander. 1-1. Waldemar Roppel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Wallander in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, SV Klingsmoos's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Mager came free, but Waldemar Roppel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SV Klingsmoos getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. John Buchholtz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorsten Wexler got free with Sven Melander in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to SV Klingsmoos getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Igor Eckert hit a great ball. Bengt-Rune Törnkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SV Klingsmoos's Waldemar Roppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Wallander in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Wargön getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Andreas Back hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorsten Wexler in the 55th minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Sven Melander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Melander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorsten Wexler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Wargön's Roger Mager got a free kick in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Wargön's Bengt-Rune Törnkvist got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 72nd minute Sigvard Wallander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Roppel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Buchholtz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Sigvard Wallander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SV Klingsmoos's Tim Dieling got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Roger Mager came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Wargön fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Mager couldn't finish the play. Roger Mager could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Waldemar Roppel made a huge save. Sven Melander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giacomo Zerres, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Waldemar Roppel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Wallander in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SV Klingsmoos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wargön had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
