Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wladyslaw Kaczucha took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC WAWER's zone, Haroldo Edur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Luis Chilavert came out of the goal and Haroldo Edur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin James in the 7th minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC WAWER's Bogumil Balonek got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute Haroldo Edur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Luis Chilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wladyslaw Kaczucha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Eustacio Piearres made a huge save. FC WAWER's José Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Edur in the 19th minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 23rd minute, but Eustacio Piearres got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Berutti FC hanging dry this time. José Luis Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Silbestre, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bartosz Urban kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Tolek Popowicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC WAWER and the Berutti FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tolek Popowicz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Haroldo Edur came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Berutti FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Edur couldn't finish the play. In the 35th match minute, FC WAWER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Dziewedik to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Rybak might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Piearres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iwo Rybak ran back to his position shaking his head. Haroldo Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Eustacio Piearres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wladyslaw Kaczucha in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When FC WAWER's Wladyslaw Kaczucha in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berutti FC's goalie prevented a goal. Wladyslaw Kaczucha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes Berutti FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wincenty Tyszka who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Wincenty Tyszka got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eustacio Piearres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 82nd minute of the match Franciszek Zuraw sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustacio Piearres skillfully saved the ball. 85 minutes in the game Ciro Conrao did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Saul Silbestre. In the 88th minute, one of FC WAWER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC WAWER. When Wladyslaw Kaczucha fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC WAWER's protests and gave Wladyslaw Kaczucha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, FC WAWER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Kaczucha to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC WAWER fans cheered their team off the field, for while Berutti FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
