But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Răzvan Moșneanu couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Lucifer to make the kick off. In the 57th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim Buhoiu to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's corner Simon Firmo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nichifor Badea quite easily take care of the ball. Nichifor Cumpan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Lucifer having to interfere. Farid Lucifer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Cumpan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 88 minutes, Nicasio Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Veremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Resurrección Diabólica Ψ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Farid Lucifer had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Irinel Birișu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
