Ulises Cordeara hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Racing Club【LBF】's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Rodrigues came free, but Narciso Ramone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Narciso Ramone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Conrado França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the game, Racing Club【LBF】's German Rameriz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jefferson do Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Karaboudjan getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Aílton Simões hit a great ball. Jefferson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Fiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jefferson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Fiz in the 27th minute of play. Racing Club【LBF】's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Conrado França scored to the left of an out of position Narciso Ramone, making the score, 1-1. Narciso Ramone made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Conrado França sent off a good shot on target. Mateus Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Florian came free, but Jefferson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Narciso Ramone made a huge save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 55th minute of the match, Agustin Florian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jefferson do Vale was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 58th minute, Ulises Cordeara sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Karaboudjan's Jefferson do Vale didn't even have to move. In the 66th minute Cesar Fiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Karaboudjan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
