Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Chuan to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Mystyc FC's goalkeeper Venancio Ibar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejo Weterio. AZURDUY F.C.'s Ulises Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Locaio in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Alonzo Baladi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AZURDUY F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mystyc FC the free kick. A collision led to AZURDUY F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Ikatz in the 65th minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Ulises Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes AZURDUY F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Louis. Edelmiro Locaio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulises Bastian. AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, AZURDUY F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Locaio came free, but Ulises Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mystyc FC had won after a very even match.
