A collision led to Capivariano F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Mathias Camargo hit a great ball. After 17 played minutes Capivariano F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcinho Nóbrega. Raúl Eger took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Abastas. Paolo Abastas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Quebracho FC's Apolo Medardo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Capivariano F.C.'s Cristóvão Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Abel in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Capivariano F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Medardo came free, but Cristóvão Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Capivariano F.C.'s Leonardo Moreira managed to work through Quebracho FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Leonardo Moreira dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Medardo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quebracho FC's Serafino Luar got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Leonardo Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Capivariano F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Moreira couldn't finish the play. After 32 minutes of play, Capivariano F.C.'s Carlinhos Fonseca made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paolo Abastas was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Moreira in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Abastas saved Quebracho FC from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Quebracho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Fonseca came free, but Paolo Abastas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quebracho FC's Paolo Abastas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Fonseca in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Capivariano F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filiberto Ponc to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Capivariano F.C. defense, Fausto Frechoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristóvão Souza. The Capivariano F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristóvão Souza should have stopped the shot. Raúl Eger's late challenge caught a Quebracho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raúl Eger helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, Raúl Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Carlinhos Fonseca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paolo Abastas, 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raúl Eger in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Abastas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Capivariano F.C. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Raúl Eger hit a great ball. Paolo Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Fonseca in the 81st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Raúl Eger kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paolo Abastas. That made the score 1-4 in the 82 minute of play. Raúl Eger hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The supporters of Quebracho FC booed when Capivariano F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Capivariano F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
