The supporters of Tasso FC booed when Ágyúsok FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zénó Markó didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ágyúsok FC's Krisztián Vén got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Tasso FC's Syd Barret made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bánk Döbrögi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Syd Barret could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Bánk Döbrögi however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ákos Takács during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ákos Takács kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Kocsis in the 29th minute of play forced Tasso FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Távora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th match minute, Ágyúsok FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zénó Szűrös to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Diego Mendonça notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ágyúsok FC's Bánk Döbrögi. Bánk Döbrögi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Patrício Tomé hit a great ball. Zeferino Távora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcell Somogyi went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Tibor Moravecz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Zeferino Távora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Syd Barret was the one to do the kick off. Syd Barret took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bánk Döbrögi. Bánk Döbrögi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 67th minute Syd Barret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bánk Döbrögi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bánk Döbrögi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrício Tomé in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Mendonça in the 77th minute of play forced Ágyúsok FC's goalkeeper Bánk Döbrögi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Távora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcell Somogyi. Zénó Markó struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Zeferino Távora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ágyúsok FC. Roger Waters hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes, Severino Taveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasso FC and the Ágyúsok FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Severino Taveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tasso FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
