In the 4th minute of the match, Reynaldo Valle tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cleto Ritchie saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eduardo Barral charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Barral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eduardo Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Basílio Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Barros in the 5th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in IGUIPORÃ FC's zone, Freddy Delfino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Veloso came out of the goal and Freddy Delfino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleto Ritchie was a little too slow when Michel Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. 19 minutes into the game, Dedé Vianna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IGUIPORÃ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ALIDIM FOR EVER the free kick. Basílio Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basílio Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Barros went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, ALIDIM FOR EVER's Silverio Txordon got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Barral in the 33rd minute of play forced ALIDIM FOR EVER's goalkeeper Cleto Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Txordon. In the 42nd minute, Santos Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALIDIM FOR EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgardo Henry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cleto Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Amorim in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Eduardo Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 58 minutes on the clock, Váldson Dias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Váldson Dias hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. A collision led to IGUIPORÃ FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Váldson Dias hit a great ball. Cleto Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cleto Ritchie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IGUIPORÃ FC's Kaká Sergipano was substituted for Dedé Vianna. IGUIPORÃ FC's Jardel Félix was substituted for Elivélton Cerezo. IGUIPORÃ FC made a substitution. Luiz Fabiano Barreto replaced Reynaldo Valle. Antônio Carlos Soares hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes ALIDIM FOR EVER got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Pepillo. Jardel Félix was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, IGUIPORÃ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Hodei came free, but Basílio Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Carlos Soares hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Jorge Asur lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ALIDIM FOR EVER walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
