Spectators: 7815 (Terracing: 5863, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 155) Tasso FC's Syd Barret started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Thymios Kastritsis put in a rough tackle. In the 2nd minute, one of Bazellatin F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bazellatin F.C.. The referee gave Tasso FC a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Syd Barret, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bazellatin F.C.'s Manos Voutsas. 0-1. In the 9th match minute, Tasso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Gilmour to maneuver through the defense. Manos Voutsas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Mendonça went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Argyris Apostolakis hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Stratos Savouras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Zeferino Távora made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Syd Barret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Voutsas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manos Voutsas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Mendonça in the 26th minute of play. Nuno Leão scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manos Voutsas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Rui Pacheco. Bazellatin F.C. were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Tasso FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thalis Tzavaras took the corner. Manos Voutsas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrício Tomé in the 35th minute of play. Stratos Savouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeferino Távora having to interfere. Manos Voutsas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Leão in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tasso FC's zone, Aris Chatziaggelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeferino Távora came out of the goal and Aris Chatziaggelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimitris Venetis charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimitris Venetis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, Bazellatin F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Venetis to maneuver through the defense. Zeferino Távora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Savouras in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Tasso FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Stratos Savouras made the kick off in the second half. Zeferino Távora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stratos Savouras in the 52nd minute of play. Manos Voutsas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuno Leão in the 60th minute. Zeferino Távora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Savouras in the 62nd minute of the match. Manos Voutsas was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Nuno Leão capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nuno Leão really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 71st minute, Stratos Savouras made a precise shot to the right of Zeferino Távora. Tasso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Stratos Savouras took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeferino Távora. Zeferino Távora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Rui Pacheco hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Tasso FC's Rui Pacheco got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Syd Barret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Manos Voutsas made a huge save. Zeferino Távora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stratos Savouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rui Pacheco charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Pacheco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
