Michel Amorim started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, IGUIPORÃ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Amorim to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, IGUIPORÃ FC's Dedé Vianna got a free kick in the 20th minute. Quebracho FC's Paolo Abastas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Quebracho FC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Francisco Abel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basílio Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 30 played minutes IGUIPORÃ FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Barral. Basílio Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Ramone, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Basílio Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Abel in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Francisco Abel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basílio Veloso. IGUIPORÃ FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Abel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

IGUIPORÃ FC's Basílio Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Ramone in the 52nd minute of play. Dênis Meira's late challenge caught a Quebracho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dênis Meira helped the player get up and apologised. Dênis Meira hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a little luck, IGUIPORÃ FC's Basílio Veloso got control of the ball when Jacinto Chuse tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Michel Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Paolo Abastas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. IGUIPORÃ FC's Jardel Félix was substituted for Elivélton Cerezo. Luiz Fabiano Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Paolo Abastas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paolo Abastas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Luiz Fabiano Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. IGUIPORÃ FC's Basílio Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Abel in the 92nd minute of play. Paolo Abastas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fabiano Barreto went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
