In the 12th minute, Göran Olofsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Snipers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Arman Bremming had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Sigman. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arman Bremming was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 20th minute Göran Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Sigman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greger Kullgren hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Ingvar Vedholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Lundgren in the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Emanuel Pihlwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Sigman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Bremming, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Göran Olofsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Torsten Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goalkeeper Erik Sigman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Greger Kullgren. In the 63rd minute, FC Snipers's Arman Bremming dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Olov Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joar Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Arman Bremming got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Torsten Lundgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Snipers the free kick. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Sigman made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Lennart Svensson sent off a good shot on target. Erik Sigman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Bremming in the 75th minute of the match. Lennart Svensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Erik Sigman made a huge save. After 82 played minutes AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Pihlwall. If Göran Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Svensson came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erik Sigman could save by the left post. The FC Snipers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Snipers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
