Spectators: 7678 (Terracing: 5759, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olof Dalberg started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Julen Planes got control of the ball when Ingvar Wennerqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julen Planes came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Garphyttan's Olof Dalberg. But to his dismay, Olof Dalberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Julen Planes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Grep in the 12th minute of play. Brian Fribäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amat Maldonado, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Adelsköld in the 15th minute of play forced Real Club Celta de Vigo's goalkeeper Julen Planes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julen Planes was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Filip Adelsköld capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Adelsköld really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 30 played minutes Garphyttan got a freekick which was hit by Harry Boklund. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orti Machado in the 33rd minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Brian Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amat Maldonado in the 41st minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Brian Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orti Machado to strike the kick off in the second half. Arvin Löfdahl hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Garphyttan's Brian Fribäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orti Machado in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goalkeeper Brian Fribäck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amat Maldonado. In the 58th minute Arvin Löfdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julen Planes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orti Machado in the 64th minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Brian Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Real Club Celta de Vigo booed when Garphyttan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Kvarnström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Orti Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brian Fribäck was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Jorge De Pedro got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ingvar Wennerqvist hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Garphyttan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jorge De Pedro was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Club Celta de Vigo's players had a chance to rest. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Jorge De Pedro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brian Fribäck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 93rd minute, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Hugo Álvarez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hugo Álvarez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Real Club Celta de Vigo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hugo Álvarez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Real Club Celta de Vigo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Garphyttan:s goal. Jens-Ove Kvarnström placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Garphyttan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
