Spectators: 7816 (Terracing: 5864, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 155) Sangue nos Zóio's Nelsinho do Vale started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juan Manuel Fritz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 8thth minute of the game Edgar Freire who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Juan Jesus Heyboer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute, José Marcelo Somoza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Jesus Heyboer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nelsinho do Vale. Sangue nos Zóio's Antônio Carlos Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Javier Echazarreta in the 17th minute of play. Juan Jesus Heyboer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelsinho do Vale in the 20th minute. Victor Hugo Marchena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Antônio Carlos Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Francisco Javier Echazarreta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Carlos Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelsinho do Vale who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Juan Jesus Heyboer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Dante Gorostiaga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antônio Carlos Leme was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Igor Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sangue nos Zóio's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The wind increased when Dante Gorostiaga made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Javier Echazarreta got free with Antônio Carlos Leme in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 played minutes Sangue nos Zóio got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Hermes.
