When Gigi Câmpeanu fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's protests and gave Gigi Câmpeanu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Gigi Câmpeanu hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Iulian Bucurescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Norino. After 6 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Niguel. Mihai Odobescu, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Albano Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Agud in the 11th minute of the match. Jeremias Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after MDQ Raptors FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mihai Odobescu took the corner. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Mihai Odobescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albano Rameriz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 16 minutes, Rigoberto Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MDQ Raptors FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Norino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Norino got free with Iulian Bucurescu in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albano Rameriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Câmpeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Norino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Iulian Bucurescu made a huge save. Albano Rameriz came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Alin Agud. But to his dismay, Alin Agud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Refugio came free, but Iulian Bucurescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Tudor Bărbânță cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Albano Rameriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, MDQ Raptors FC's Clemente Camerino got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Mihai Odobescu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz didn't even have to move. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Norino got free with Iulian Bucurescu in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Bucurescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Norino in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

51 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's Marcial Refugio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iulian Bucurescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Bucurescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Norino in the 55th minute of play. The MDQ Raptors FC fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when MDQ Raptors FC's Rigoberto Norino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Rigoberto Norino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iulian Bucurescu was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Bucurescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Norino in the 64th minute of play. After 73 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Clis. Tudor Bărbânță did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Albano Rameriz 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of MDQ Raptors FC booed when FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Câmpeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Soin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iulian Bucurescu. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Norino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Iulian Bucurescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Norino, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Albano Rameriz was a little too slow when Gigi Câmpeanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-4. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mihai Odobescu hit a great ball. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
