In the 32nd minute, Kauan Valle sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz didn't even have to move. Umberto de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save MDQ Raptors FC from getting a goal against them. Albano Rameriz was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Cafu Toledo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cafu Toledo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Umberto de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Bueno was the one to do the kick off. Albano Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Bueno in the 51st minute of play. Leonardo Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Kauan Valle's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Albano Rameriz on his right side and into the goal. 61 minutes into the game it was 4-2. 70 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Umberto de Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Soin. The supporters of Scarlet Speedster booed when MDQ Raptors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Benvide didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Narciso Bueno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Albano Rameriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albano Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Pombal in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pombal in the 83rd minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Albano Rameriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Cafu Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Cafu Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. MDQ Raptors FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kauan Valle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Scarlet Speedster had won after a very even match.
