Aurelian Vârlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Llorian's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Fabian Grozuță hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Elpidio Llorian got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nereo Juvenal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Mihai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nereo Juvenal made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Nicolae Mandache sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Nereo Juvenal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosmin Bobeica. Flavio Favila hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The wind increased when Cosmin Bobeica made the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Gaston Jakue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DREAM TEAM WORLD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minerul Baita -MM- the free kick. In the 57th match minute, DREAM TEAM WORLD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Jakue to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Mihai in the 58th minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Nereo Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Nereo Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosmin Bobeica in the 60th minute of play. When Akim Miner fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minerul Baita -MM-'s protests and gave Akim Miner a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DREAM TEAM WORLD booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akim Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Minerul Baita -MM- lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
