An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Negara in the 11th minute of play forced Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Túlio de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel Bărcăuan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Luís Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Creangă in the 17th minute of play forced Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Túlio de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Mircea Creangă made a precise shot to the right of Túlio de Toledo. Seterma Tractors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mircea Creangă was the one to do the kick off. In the 76th minute Tião de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ghee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Coposu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Ghee came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Seterma Tractors's Luís Paraibano. But to his dismay, Luís Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 86 minutes into the game, Guto Antunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seterma Tractors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stiinta-Univ. the free kick.
