Spectators: 7684 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mircea Creangă kicked off to start the match. Goral Zywiec's Ulryk Lipinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Aluncai in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute Manuel Aluncai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulryk Lipinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Goral Zywiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Tyskie to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Creangă in the 9th minute of play forced Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Ulryk Lipinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Ghee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ziemowit Ochylski in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Goral Zywiec got a freekick which was hit by Julian Adamus. Mircea Creangă took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulryk Lipinski. Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Grzegorz Sedzikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Ghee having to interfere. Goral Zywiec's Ulryk Lipinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Aluncai in the 34th minute of play. Gilbert Kaczeniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Ghee made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Grzegorz Sedzikowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 46thth minute of the game Grzegorz Sedzikowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stiinta-Univ.'s Felix Ghee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulryk Lipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Negara in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Traian Lupescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Ulryk Lipinski made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Alin Diculescu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Gilbert Kaczeniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ziemowit Ochylski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandu Negara during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sandu Negara kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Goral Zywiec's Ulryk Lipinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Negara in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Ulryk Lipinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandu Negara. Goral Zywiec's Ulryk Lipinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Goral Zywiec from getting a goal against them. Fryderyk Zacharzewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Felix Ghee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Ghee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Sedzikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
