Sunkens Surtröjor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uetendorf Wanderers the free kick. 6 minutes into the match, Martin Heffliger notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sunkens Surtröjor's Karl-Magnus Anundsson. Karl-Magnus Anundsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gerard Salvatei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Frisk, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Raphael Leupi took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Magnus Anundsson. Karl-Magnus Anundsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Heffliger in the 20th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Anundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Magnus Anundsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Leupi in the 22nd minute of the match. Karl-Magnus Anundsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Heffliger went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Jack Holmgren got a free kick in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Malte Gerdberg notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Uetendorf Wanderers's Gerard Salvatei. Gerard Salvatei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl-Magnus Anundsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Jans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Heffliger in the 36th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Anundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Tomas Jans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sunkens Surtröjor's Karl-Magnus Anundsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 minutes, William Eriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunkens Surtröjor and the Uetendorf Wanderers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by William Eriksson. 44 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Frisk came free, but Gerard Salvatei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt Vennerkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Folke Frisk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerard Salvatei having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Anundsson was a little too slow when Martin Heffliger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 64th minute Ludvig Sundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Salvatei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luigi Trinkl during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Uetendorf Wanderers's Luigi Trinkl got a free kick in the 65th minute. Folke Frisk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gerard Salvatei. Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Gilberto Jeker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uetendorf Wanderers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The Uetendorf Wanderers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Uetendorf Wanderers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
