Francisco Geleberto started the match with the kick off. Dario Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Gorbea went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ermegildo Felipo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Ermegildo Felipo got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the ★Independiente Ψ★ defense, Patricio Hernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Rey. The ★Independiente Ψ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Rey should have stopped the shot. The ★Independiente Ψ★ fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when ★Independiente Ψ★'s Donato Gorbea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Gelacio got free with Rodrigo Rey in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Jeronimo Cordero hit a great ball. Inocencio Asteri's late challenge caught a Paso FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inocencio Asteri helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Inocencio Asteri hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Hernandez to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Francisco Geleberto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dario Chuan. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 59th minute of the match Marcelino Jurdan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Chuan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Jonatan Gregory was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★Independiente Ψ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paso FC the free kick. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jonatan Gregory hit a great ball. Rodrigo Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Hernandez in the 63rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Geleberto in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Chuan saved Paso FC from getting behind. Francisco Geleberto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Dario Chuan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute, Cipriano Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jonatan Valente hit a great ball. Dario Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Bento in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Jeronimo Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Marin hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Dario Chuan made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Jonatan Gregory sent off a good shot on target. Francisco Geleberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Gregory went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. The ★Independiente Ψ★ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ★Independiente Ψ★ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
