Spectators: 7690 (Terracing: 5768, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) Francisco Geleberto made the kick off and thus started the match. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Rodrigo Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Ramos in the 9th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Jeronimo Cordero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★Independiente Ψ★ and the A.A. Francana players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jeronimo Cordero hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match, João Adolfo Leite tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodrigo Rey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Adolfo Leite got free with Rodrigo Rey in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Teodosio Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Válbson Soeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodrigo Rey came out and tried to block the shot, but Válbson Soeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 21st minute. Telmo Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Gorbea in the 27th minute of the match. Francisco Geleberto took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 34 minutes into the game, Válbson Soeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A. Francana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ★Independiente Ψ★ the free kick. The supporters of ★Independiente Ψ★ booed when A.A. Francana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válbson Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrado Eliazar hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Donato Gorbea sped through A.A. Francana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Telmo Trigo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Adolfo Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Geleberto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Telmo Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Válbson Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Francisco Geleberto hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Francisco Geleberto got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Francisco Geleberto off the ground. The supporters of A.A. Francana booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Donato Gorbea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telmo Trigo having to interfere. Válbson Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Donato Gorbea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ★Independiente Ψ★'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
