A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Enrique Porfirio hit a great ball. Miguel Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ulf Hernström charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulf Hernström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes BK Nerysminne got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Hernström. 16 minutes into the game, Patrik Johnsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Americo Duardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Eliseo Nahia got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Patrik Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Ilazki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Douglas Käcker came out and tried to block the shot, but Augusto Ilazki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 25th minute. In the 33rd minute Tomas Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Käcker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, BK Nerysminne's Robert Örtlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Duardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The supporters of BK Nerysminne booed when Club Almirante Brown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseo Nahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augusto Ilazki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Almirante Brown's Diego Cerilo was substituted for Eliseo Nahia. BK Nerysminne's Douglas Käcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Berart in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Candido Ermano in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Douglas Käcker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, BK Nerysminne's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Cerilo came free, but Douglas Käcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of BK Nerysminne booed when Club Almirante Brown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Berart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Käcker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 87th match minute, BK Nerysminne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Wikander to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Ilazki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Americo Duardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
