The crowd rose to their feet as Hermengildo Dalmai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodoro Eladio. That made the score 5-0 in the 33 minute of play. When Hermengildo Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Dalmai couldn't finish the play. If Hermengildo Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Martin Palermo F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ:s goal. The referee gave ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hermengildo Dalmai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio. 8-0. Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Dalmai in the 81st minute of play.
