Spectators: 7775 (Terracing: 5832, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isidoro Benino kicked off to start the match. Severino Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Damaso Rencios short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Alexsandro Netto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 13 minutes into the match, Damaso Rencio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexsandro Netto. Samurai Champions FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damaso Rencio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Damaso Rencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute Damaso Rencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. André Luís Rossi hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Alex Toledo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard. Alejo Gaspard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Alexsandro Netto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexsandro Netto was a little too slow when Isidoro Benino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 28th minute Alex Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Damaso Rencio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Alexsandro Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Ariel Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Silva's late challenge caught a Luganeros AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Silva helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Samurai Champions FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Silva. Isidoro Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Toledo made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Samurai Champions FC's zone, Damaso Rencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Netto came out of the goal and Damaso Rencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damaso Rencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alexsandro Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luganeros AFC's Gustavo Feliu was substituted for Damaso Rencio. Alejo Gaspard made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Alex Toledo sent off a good shot on target. When Aurelio Txurio fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luganeros AFC's protests and gave Aurelio Txurio a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Txurio hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Renan Sena struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alejo Gaspard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai Champions FC. When Luganeros AFC's Gustavo Feliu in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samurai Champions FC's goalie prevented a goal. 79 minutes into the game, Luganeros AFC's Gustavo Feliu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexsandro Netto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 83 minutes into the match, Gustavo Feliu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexsandro Netto. Samurai Champions FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Feliu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 86th match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Feliu to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Alex Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejo Gaspard was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Samurai Champions FC's Mauro Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejo Gaspard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Renan Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Luganeros AFC had won after a very even match.
