Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Irinel Chiriță kicked off to start the match. In the 8th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nechifor Cosoroabă to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Chificeac having to interfere. The supporters of Ricart Futebol Clube booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Bojin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Marcos da Fonseca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ion Chificeac. Marcos da Fonseca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Marcos da Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Marcos da Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Chiriță came free, but Gilberto Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Chificeac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aílton Corrêa in the 32nd minute of play. Ion Chificeac stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. When Ionel Manolescu fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Ionel Manolescu a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! Ion Chificeac had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Agnaldo Paraíba's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 37th minute, Agnaldo Paraíba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ion Chificeac was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ion Chificeac came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ricart Futebol Clube's Aílton Corrêa. But to his dismay, Aílton Corrêa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Boro Doro hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos da Fonseca made a kick off. With 56 minutes on the clock, Ulysses Custódio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 58 minutes, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Remus Bojin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gilberto Godoi. Gilberto Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucian Baran in the 66th minute. When Remus Bojin fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Remus Bojin a yellow card for diving instead. Remus Bojin hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, André Luís de Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Gustavo Bittencourt hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Ionel Manolescu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Aílton Corrêa scored 5-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Chificeac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ion Chificeac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Corrêa in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ricart Futebol Clube.
