The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lico Zurita during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MetalGarurumon F.C getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Lico Zurita hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Nelio Gonzalez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MetalGarurumon F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Remus Pincoski hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Acatar's Traian Giurgiu got a free kick in the 14th minute. Iordache Sucigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enetz Beitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Remus Pinceel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Acatar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remus Pinceel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MetalGarurumon F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Acatar the free kick. Xavian Portas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
