The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Humberto Mingo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Grütly protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Humberto Mingo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Grütly fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! Grütly:s Fernan Manilan showed great skill when he stopped Alfred Domeracki:s penalty. Fernan Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Chazon in the 41st minute of the match. Jeremias Bela charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Bela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Grütly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Bela to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Gilbert Oliszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Chazon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grütly's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
