Emil Lunca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kristóf Császár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Radovan in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Alfréd Kaszás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicu Bălțăteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kristóf Császár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicodim Mitrofan lost his temper 14 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Nicodim Mitrofan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Alfréd Kaszás was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edelényi Bányász's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC Nirosxn 08 the free kick. The supporters of Edelényi Bányász booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicu Bălțăteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Edelényi Bányász defense, Nicu Bălțăteanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristóf Császár. The Edelényi Bányász fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristóf Császár should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tamás Lőrincz to make the kick off. Nicu Bălțăteanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kristóf Császár came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicu Bălțăteanu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 51st minute. Eliodor Andriescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Hâjdău kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's Géza Szigethy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 62 minutes of play Edelényi Bányász's Alfréd Kaszás was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Edelényi Bányász's Alfréd Kaszás got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Radu Nicolae hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Tamás Lőrincz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristóf Császár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Bălțăteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goal looked a bit too open when Nicu Bălțăteanu came free, but Kristóf Császár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gergely Kormos kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to AFC Nirosxn 08 getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Olimpiu Şantău hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Edelényi Bányász's zone, Nicu Bălțăteanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristóf Császár came out of the goal and Nicu Bălțăteanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tihamér Földesi charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tihamér Földesi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tihamér Földesi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Claudiu Radovan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded AFC Nirosxn 08 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Edelényi Bányász.
