Teodosio Herena succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. 9 minutes into the game, Americo Orchua was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FERRABARCA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KIRICOCHO FC the free kick. In the 9th match minute, FERRABARCA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Orchua to maneuver through the defense. Cordarin Bolimburu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Christobal in the 14th minute of the match. After some careless play in the KIRICOCHO FC defense, Antonio Faxardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Chesus. The KIRICOCHO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Chesus should have stopped the shot. Feliciano Christobal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cordarin Bolimburu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FERRABARCA FC's Cordarin Bolimburu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FERRABARCA FC from getting a goal against them. FERRABARCA FC's Aquilino Morillo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute Aquilino Morillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FERRABARCA FC booed when KIRICOCHO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Pagomari didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Valines in the 35th minute of the match. Gaspar Valines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alvaro Chesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Americo Orchua was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. After 39 played minutes FERRABARCA FC got a freekick which was hit by Americo Orchua. After 42 played minutes, FERRABARCA FC's Rayman Baraona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alvaro Chesus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FERRABARCA FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Faxardo in the 43rd minute of play forced KIRICOCHO FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Chesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Valines in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Roberto Escobar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

FERRABARCA FC's Urdaspal Echavarri was substituted for Julen Hoyuelos. When FERRABARCA FC's Zemario Pi in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KIRICOCHO FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute, Gaspar Valines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Zemario Pi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro Chesus. Zemario Pi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Alvaro Chesus made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Zemario Pi sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Antonio Faxardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Chesus was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Alvaro Chesus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Faxardo's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 73 minutes of play, KIRICOCHO FC's Octavio Pagomari made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cordarin Bolimburu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute, Feliciano Christobal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cordarin Bolimburu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After a rather tough play, KIRICOCHO FC's Octavio Pagomari got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Zemario Pi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Chesus was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Zemario Pi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in KIRICOCHO FC's zone, Gaspar Valines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Chesus came out of the goal and Gaspar Valines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Urdaspal Echavarri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FERRABARCA FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lucila Armenta hit a great ball. Many of FERRABARCA FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FERRABARCA FC may have spent more time on the ball, but KIRICOCHO FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
