They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FERRABARCA FC's Zemario Pi was substituted for Aquilino Morillo. The supporters of ★ Lobos FC ★ booed when FERRABARCA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rik Lagunas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Weterio Arozamena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Buba Lopez was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FERRABARCA FC's Urdaspal Echavarri got a free kick in the 77th minute. Buba Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zemario Pi in the 82nd minute. After 85 minutes of play, FERRABARCA FC's Zemario Pi made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Buba Lopez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafael Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Weterio Arozamena's late challenge caught a ★ Lobos FC ★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Weterio Arozamena helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes FERRABARCA FC got a freekick which was hit by Weterio Arozamena. Augusto Hurtado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elorri Alamon. FERRABARCA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The FERRABARCA FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FERRABARCA FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
