Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) FC Kopli's Teet Onkel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Saif Abo Al Hasan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lembit Õigus in the 3rd minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Golden Tigers getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Basem Al Baghli hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Are. After a rather tough play, FC Kopli's Teet Onkel got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, FC Kopli's Teet Onkel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Mortada Al Ansari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teet Onkel, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Golden Tigers's Mortada Al Ansari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tõnn Eessaar in the 16th minute of play. Urmet Kapten charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urmet Kapten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, one of FC Kopli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kopli. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Golden Tigers. Shaker Hayat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aivar Laineste. 1-1. In the 22nd minute Khalaf Kakoli suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 23rd match minute, FC Kopli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urmet Kapten to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes FC Kopli got a freekick which was hit by Tõnn Eessaar. Mortada Al Ansari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tõnn Eessaar in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lembit Õigus in the 29th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aqel Al Hindi kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erki Vilberg during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Golden Tigers booed when FC Kopli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erki Vilberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Saif Abo Al Hasan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saif Abo Al Hasan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tõnn Eessaar got free with Mortada Al Ansari in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saif Abo Al Hasan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mortada Al Ansari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tõnn Eessaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saif Abo Al Hasan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tõnn Eessaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mortada Al Ansari having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, FC Kopli's Vaino Oidra made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mortada Al Ansari was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saif Abo Al Hasan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Aivar Laineste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Tõnn Eessaar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mortada Al Ansari. Golden Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tõnn Eessaar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Tõnn Eessaar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mortada Al Ansari. Golden Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tõnn Eessaar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Aivar Laineste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saif Abo Al Hasan in the 93rd minute.
