When Flames FC's Orval Crow in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pegaso's goalie prevented a goal. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pegaso's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Valère Flowers was slow to take the kick. During this time Flames FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Valère Flowers almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pegaso's Silvestre Toribio did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orval Crow in the 15th minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Silvestre Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horace Vaughn might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Toribio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horace Vaughn ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvestre Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orval Crow, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Orval Crow sped through Pegaso's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvestre Toribio. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Horace Vaughn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flames FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horace Vaughn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvestre Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Kearns, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Pegaso's Eloy Sazon got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Silvestre Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orval Crow in the 37th minute of the match. Pegaso's Fermin Deunoro was substituted for Angelino Cebo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orval Crow in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Toribio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Flames FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Orval Crow made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Orval Crow sped through Pegaso's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvestre Toribio. A hard shot by Cyril Cantrell from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Silvestre Toribio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jerrod Staples showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Deunoro in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Horace Vaughn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Silvestre Toribio. The goal made the score 0-4. 79 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Horace Vaughn came free, but Silvestre Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Horace Vaughn recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvestre Toribio. Horace Vaughn showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. The supporters of Pegaso booed when Flames FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darin Nunn didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fermin Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Phelipe kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
