When Xove Encina fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Hawk Football Club's protests and gave Xove Encina a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Red Hawk Football Club getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Xove Encina hit a great ball. Siro Ongile hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Anaya Sánchez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvestre Toribio skillfully saved the ball. Xove Encina got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Pegaso's Pascual Loiola was substituted for Siro Ongile. The Pegaso fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Hawk Football Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
