After 4 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Esam Al Hashash. Mortada Al Ansari didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Aquile Azzurre's Edoardo Proia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 10 played minutes FC Aquile Azzurre got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Scarinci. If Angelo Scarinci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferruccio Costanzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saif Abo Al Hasan in the 13th minute. FC Aquile Azzurre's Angelo Scarinci got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Tigers's Khalaf Kakoli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ferruccio Costanzo. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. A collision led to Golden Tigers getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Sari Al Rifaee hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Catena in the 27th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shaker Hayat's late challenge caught a FC Aquile Azzurre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shaker Hayat helped the player get up and apologised. FC Aquile Azzurre's Ferruccio Costanzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save FC Aquile Azzurre from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Proia in the 39th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Tigers's Mortada Al Ansari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Scarinci in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Pollastrini came free, but Mortada Al Ansari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Khalaf Kakoli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ferruccio Costanzo. The goal made the score 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

51 minutes into the match, Edoardo Proia notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Golden Tigers's Mortada Al Ansari. Mortada Al Ansari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 53rd match minute, FC Aquile Azzurre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Gori to maneuver through the defense. Franco Catena hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Mortada Al Ansari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Catena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaker Hayat in the 69th minute of play forced FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Ferruccio Costanzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esam Al Hashash to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Angelo Scarinci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mortada Al Ansari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mortada Al Ansari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Proia in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Proia in the 81st minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mortada Al Ansari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Aquile Azzurre getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Angelo Scarinci hit a great ball. In the 85th match minute, FC Aquile Azzurre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Comunardo De Francesco to maneuver through the defense. Ferruccio Costanzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saif Abo Al Hasan's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Edoardo Proia came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC Aquile Azzurre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edoardo Proia couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalaf Kakoli in the 91st minute of play forced FC Aquile Azzurre's goalkeeper Ferruccio Costanzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferruccio Costanzo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Tigers's Saif Abo Al Hasan. But to his dismay, Saif Abo Al Hasan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2.
