An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafail Dumanov in the 14th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Abdul Aziz Al Holey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mavrudi Kibarov hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Basem Al Baghli fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Tigers's protests and gave Basem Al Baghli a yellow card for diving instead. Basem Al Baghli kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafail Dumanov in the 21st minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Abdul Aziz Al Holey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sayer Al Besher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Niki Betov made a huge save. When Shaker Hayat fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 25th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaker Hayat to maneuver through the defense. Abdul Aziz Al Holey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lulcho Geshanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Aqel Al Hindi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Niki Betov to make any attempt to save it. Shaker Hayat was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Stoyne Karadimchev's late challenge caught a Golden Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stoyne Karadimchev helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes ПФК Миньор Раднево got a freekick which was hit by Stoyne Karadimchev. Niki Betov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saif Abo Al Hasan in the 42nd minute. Gruyo Boevski charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gruyo Boevski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ПФК Миньор Раднево's Stoyne Karadimchev got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Stoyne Karadimchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saif Abo Al Hasan to make the kick off. Golden Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aqel Al Hindi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edrees Al Najdi hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Saif Abo Al Hasan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niki Betov having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Eesa Al Hashash. Rafail Dumanov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abdul Aziz Al Holey firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 86 minutes, Atanas Dzhadzhev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ПФК Миньор Раднево's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atanas Dzhadzhev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atanas Dzhadzhev in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdul Aziz Al Holey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
