Spectators: 7777 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilton Linhares started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Celipe to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Sedeni took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Pitta. Mathias Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bizard FC's Wilton Linhares suffered a sore thigh after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Aquilino Pagomari charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquilino Pagomari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nouvelle Vague's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Léo Santos scored to the left of an out of position Gualterio Socorro, making the score, 2-2. Mathias Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Sedeni in the 39th minute of the match. Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Nouvelle Vague from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Leandro Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léo Santos in the 43rd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Sedeni to strike the kick off in the second half. Oscar Oskarbi's late challenge caught a Bizard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Oskarbi helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes Nouvelle Vague got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Oskarbi. Oscar Oskarbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Mathias Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Léo Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Socorro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 69th minute, Cássio Vargas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bizard FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. 76 minutes into the game, Tobias Ourente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nouvelle Vague's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bizard FC the free kick. A collision led to Nouvelle Vague getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Tobias Ourente hit a great ball. With a little luck, Bizard FC's Mathias Pitta got control of the ball when Froilan Sedeni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bizard FC were furious when Jardel Trigo was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Nouvelle Vague's Tobias Ourente shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mathias Pitta but with some difficulty. In the 96th minute, Nestor Beltza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Moraes came free, but Gualterio Socorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nouvelle Vague players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bizard FC.
