Vladimiro Daunte got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-0 in the right cross in the 34th match minute before Basarab Patriciu had time to react. Artemio Salomon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Basarab Patriciu came out and tried to block the shot, but Artemio Salomon slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Daunte was the one to do the kick off. If Vladimiro Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 52 minutes into the game, Marteinn Branca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Basarab Patriciu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Salomon in the 59th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Basarab Patriciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Marteinn Branca made a precise shot to the right of Basarab Patriciu. Juventus PTM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Juventus PTM made a substitution. Mircea Musceleanu replaced Ivan Şumălan. Fidel Su was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Cornel Bourceanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cornel Bourceanu really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. Calistrat Trifu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
