Emanuel Giurcă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Fanaticii's Marius Măgură quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 44 minutes into the game, Marius Ganea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Arnoldo Salvadore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Arnoldo Salvadore was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mugurel Bărăian showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 59 minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Arnoldo Salvadore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisc Ciocâlteu. Mugurel Bărăian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Arnoldo Salvadore made a huge save. Adrian Jitaru hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when German Txindoki came free, but Emanuel Giurcă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Adrian Jitaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Salvadore was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. The FC Fanaticii supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Fanaticii would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
