Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fiori Campidelis in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Salvadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mestre GG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fiori Campidelis in the 11th minute. A collision led to Mestre GG getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Célio Munhoz hit a great ball. Amadeu Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mestre GG's Wilian Fonseca in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Platense es de Primera!!'s goalie prevented a goal. Platense es de Primera!!'s Arnoldo Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Francisco Mota in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Bonifacio Ixidor got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Fiori Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Paiva in the 35th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Mestre GG's Fiori Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Salvadore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arnoldo Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeu Pombal in the 46th minute of the match. Zeca Donatello hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Platense es de Primera!! made a substitution. Tadeo Jaume replaced Julian Tercero. After 48 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Donatello. After 49 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Baiano. After the first half Mestre GG were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dé Paiva made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Paiva in the 54th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Arnoldo Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Anacleto Eguen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Platense es de Primera!! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 71 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Jaume came free, but Raúl de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Donatello. Raúl de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Ixidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 87th minute, Elias Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Mestre GG's Dé Paiva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnoldo Salvadore. Arnoldo Salvadore yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 94 minutes into the game, João Francisco Mota cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Arnoldo Salvadore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeu Pombal came free with the goalkeeper in the 99th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnoldo Salvadore could save by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mestre GG eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
