Nuno Aranzubia kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tedj Belhadj to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Madjid Arrache during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salmiyah Power! Amrani Bezzaz kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Larbi Deghmani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Aranzubia, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Florencio Bastida came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Nueva Adalucia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Bastida couldn't finish the play. Alexandro Llorente hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Kamel Horr. Desiderio Lozano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Larbi Deghmani. Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Florencio Bastida put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Larbi Deghmani. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Florencio Bastida made the kick off in the second half. Florencio Bastida in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Larbi Deghmani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The long shot by Desiderio Lozano in the 57th minute really tested Larbi Deghmani's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Florencio Bastida did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Larbi Deghmani 69 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, Nueva Adalucia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sacristán to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mohamed Bensaoula hit a great ball. With his leg Larbi Deghmani managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Nueva Adalucia's Florencio Bastida fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Larbi Deghmani made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Florencio Bastida sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Bergada struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Larbi Deghmani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Adalucia.
