Salmiyah Power's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Remir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Enzo Remir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Larbi Deghmani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelhamid Menguellet in the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Jorge Cristofol fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Larbi Deghmani made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Enzo Remir sent off a good shot on target. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amrani Bezzaz in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Djamel Zerguelaine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Salmiyah Power booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Emeterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Abdelhamid Menguellet fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salmiyah Power's protests and gave Abdelhamid Menguellet a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Abdelhamid Menguellet. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhamid Menguellet in the 32nd minute of play. Godfredo Urdaspal hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the game, Salmiyah Power's Abdelhamid Menguellet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonides Matteo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, PLUMIN's Jorge Cristofol got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Leonides Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amrani Bezzaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Cristofol hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Abdelhamid Menguellet scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Matteo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The PLUMIN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salmiyah Power were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdelhamid Menguellet to make the kick off. Enzo Remir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larbi Deghmani having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhamid Menguellet to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Smail Hima hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Djamel Zerguelaine lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Leonides Matteo. Salmiyah Power's Mohamed Bensaoula was substituted for Djamel Zerguelaine. The supporters of PLUMIN booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Bensaoula didn't get a good kick on the ball. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amrani Bezzaz in the 82nd minute of play. Leonides Matteo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mohamed Bensaoula in the 84th minute. Amrani Bezzaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonides Matteo came out and tried to block the shot, but Amrani Bezzaz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Amrani Bezzaz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonides Matteo. Amrani Bezzaz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Mohamed Bensaoula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Matteo having to interfere. After some careless play in the PLUMIN defense, Mohamed Bensaoula kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Matteo. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Matteo should have stopped the shot.
