When Enzo Remir fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PLUMIN's protests and gave Enzo Remir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Enzo Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes, Nueva Adalucia's Roberto Marrero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonides Matteo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nueva Adalucia reached it. Leonides Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bergada, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romo Viqueira in the 9th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Romo Viqueira sped through PLUMIN's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonides Matteo. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romo Viqueira in the 13th minute of the match. Nueva Adalucia's Unax Domenech got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Remir got free with Rufo Valverde in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Bergada in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Matteo saved PLUMIN from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romo Viqueira in the 21st minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Enzo Bergada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nueva Adalucia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 28th minute, Flavio Emeterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romo Viqueira in the 31st minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonides Matteo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd match minute, PLUMIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Pitin to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Romo Viqueira came free, but Leonides Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romo Viqueira in the 46th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romo Viqueira to make the kick off. Romo Viqueira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Leonides Matteo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 52 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's Romo Viqueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonides Matteo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Enzo Bergada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonides Matteo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After having played for 56 minutes, Enzo Bergada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Adalucia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Bergada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romo Viqueira in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonides Matteo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nueva Adalucia were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after PLUMIN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Marrero took the corner. Nueva Adalucia's Roberto Marrero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leonides Matteo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Enzo Bergada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Leonides Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Unax Domenech came free, but Leonides Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romo Viqueira. After a rather tough play, PLUMIN's Flavio Emeterio got a free kick in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Roberto Marrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Adalucia's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Marrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Matteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Peio Ponte notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo. Leonides Matteo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nueva Adalucia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
