Spectators: 7776 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Svante Bröms took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Juoksengi's Svante Bröms ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kyle Axisa. Kyle Axisa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Sliema Dragons FC booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Morat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Fabian Borg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Melin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 7th minute, Erik Molin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vince Gauci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Juoksengi's Ernst Holmberg got a free kick in the 11th minute. Kyle Axisa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Giöck in the 18th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Erland Giöck. Tommy Melin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vince Gauci in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Facciol to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Arthur Facciol made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Melin. Juoksengi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 32nd minute Patrick Buttigieg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Melin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Desira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Kyle Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Giöck in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Svante Bröms left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juoksengi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vince Gauci to make the kick off. Fabian Borg kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Leon Desira kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Kyle Axisa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Giöck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Erland Giöck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juoksengi's supporters rose to their feet, but Erland Giöck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kyle Axisa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sliema Dragons FC made a substitution. Robert Pullicino replaced Ian Depasquale. Kyle Axisa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erland Giöck went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. If Erik Molin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juoksengi made a substitution. Greger Nordin replaced Erland Giöck. Tommy Melin was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Vince Gauci capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vince Gauci really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Kyle Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Bröms in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Scalpello to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Fabian Borg notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Juoksengi's Tommy Melin. Tommy Melin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Sliema Dragons FC's Fabian Borg in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juoksengi's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Vince Gauci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sliema Dragons FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vince Gauci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Melin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Sliema Dragons FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Juoksengi from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
