AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Tonio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Paublo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tommy Melin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute, Erik Molin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes, Jon Hökqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juoksengi and the AC LeX Luthor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute of the match Angelo Lugo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Melin skillfully saved the ball. If Rodrigo Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Axel Klementsson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Gualterio Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Melin having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Niclas Petersson. 35 minutes into the match, Svante Bröms had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Hitz. AC LeX Luthor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svante Bröms was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomero Xabat was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Molin in the 51st minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Albino Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Juoksengi getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Svante Bröms hit a great ball. Tommy Melin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Paublo in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Juoksengi's Karl-Axel Klementsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Karl-Axel Klementsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Juoksengi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Karl-Axel Klementsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 55 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Axel Klementsson. Juoksengi's Paul Bock was substituted for Erland Giöck. Juoksengi's Kjell Persson was substituted for Ernst Holmberg. After a rather tough play, Juoksengi's Karl-Axel Klementsson got a free kick in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Juoksengi's Tomas Jonasson got a free kick in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kjell Persson got free with Albino Hitz in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Tonio came free, but Tommy Melin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Stenman to maneuver through the defense.
