Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when János Dala kicked off to start the match. Tomas Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Nemes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ernst Biörkman fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tallboda Gunners's protests and gave Ernst Biörkman a yellow card for diving instead. 7 minutes into the match, János Dala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Nyström. Tallboda Gunners's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that János Dala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Tallboda Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when János Dala came free, but Tomas Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. László Nemes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tomas Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by György Edelényi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Svante Josefsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hungarian Olympic's zone, Tord Walroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gergely Asztalos came out of the goal and Tord Walroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Radnai got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Tomas Nyström made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when János Dala sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Hungarian Olympic's János Dala dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Tallboda Gunners booed when Hungarian Olympic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. György Király didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, László Nemes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tomas Nyström. The goal made the score 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by László Nemes in the 38th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Tomas Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute László Nemes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tallboda Gunners getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tord Walroth hit a great ball. In the 45th minute János Dala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. János Dala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Tomas Nyström made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernst Biörkman to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Dala in the 51st minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Tomas Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tallboda Gunners defense, Máté Berta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Nyström. The Tallboda Gunners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Nyström should have stopped the shot. Tomas Nyström came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungarian Olympic's János Dala. But to his dismay, János Dala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Tallboda Gunners's Tomas Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Dala in the 60th minute of play. János Dala took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Nyström. Tomas Nyström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máté Berta in the 67th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Tomas Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Nemes in the 69th minute of play. Svante Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gergely Asztalos having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Máté Berta during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hungarian Olympic's László Nemes got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Müller, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Hungarian Olympic were awarded a corner. Krisztián Radnai went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Krisztián Radnai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomas Nyström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomas Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Nemes in the 83rd minute of the match. Tallboda Gunners's Tomas Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Dala in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, László Nemes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hungarian Olympic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tallboda Gunners the free kick. László Nemes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. György Király hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Máté Berta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tomas Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Nemes, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that Hungarian Olympic were the better team. Hungarian Olympic's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
