In the 24th minute Jörgen Lattu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gergely Asztalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungarian Olympic were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Armageddon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Krisztián Radnai took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Krisztián Radnai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Boss quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Barnabás Weszely hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Indrek Teraväe's late challenge caught a Hungarian Olympic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Indrek Teraväe helped the player get up and apologised. Gergely Asztalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imre Karus, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Erkki Haug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Gergely Asztalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. János Dala was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Vambola Vaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by László Nemes in the 55th minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Hugo Boss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. György Edelényi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Iván Gómez charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iván Gómez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Armageddon got a freekick which was hit by Iván Gómez. 70 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goalkeeper Gergely Asztalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erkki Haug. In the 75th minute, László Nemes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. László Müller hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Hungarian Olympic's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Imre Karus scored to the left of an out of position Gergely Asztalos, making the score, 1-1. 90 minutes into the game, László Nemes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hungarian Olympic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armageddon the free kick. After 90 played minutes Hungarian Olympic got a freekick which was hit by László Nemes. With an all-out effort, Armageddon's Gergely Asztalos threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iván Gómez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Armageddon's Hugo Boss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Dala in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Máté Berta notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Armageddon's Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
