Siro Elazar started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Tõnn Veermäe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ander Valvik fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grimório's protests and gave Ander Valvik a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ander Valvik to maneuver through the defense. After 15 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Leguizamón. Benigno Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tauno Aal in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agur Kadastu in the 23rd minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Benigno Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Braulio Ourente got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Grimório booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Risto Leinatamm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Elazar in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Grimório booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaagup Valgupera in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Manilan saved Sarmiento de Resistencia from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Jaagup Valgupera made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaagup Valgupera during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jaagup Valgupera hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Jaagup Valgupera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benigno Manilan came out and tried to block the shot, but Jaagup Valgupera slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Siro Elazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tõnn Veermäe to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Siro Elazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Risto Leinatamm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benigno Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaagup Valgupera in the 81st minute of the match. Agur Kadastu in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benigno Manilan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jaagup Valgupera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Risto Leinatamm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Mateus in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Ourente to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Grimório players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sarmiento de Resistencia.
