In the 5th match minute, Grandi Lupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pál Füzesi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siro Elazar got free with Imre Sebők in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benigno Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lajos Saághy, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Benigno Manilan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szilárd Mayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Grandi Lupi's Imre Sebők got control of the ball when Siro Elazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Siro Elazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Imre Sebők. Siro Elazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Benigno Manilan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szilárd Mayer in the 26th minute of play. Imre Sebők was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Siro Elazar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Siro Elazar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Pálffy came free, but Benigno Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benigno Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márk Dala in the 37th minute of play. Benigno Manilan came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Grandi Lupi's Tibor Pálffy. But to his dismay, Tibor Pálffy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Márk Dala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Benigno Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Azibar to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute of the match Máté Káposztás shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Manilan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Siro Elazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Márk Dala came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benigno Manilan could save by the left post. Márk Dala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Benigno Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Benigno Manilan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Márk Dala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Benigno Manilan made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Basilio Mateus got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Pálffy in the 73rd minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Benigno Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75th play minutes Árpád Bognár shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Benigno Manilan and just under the crossbar into goal. Lajos Saághy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Benigno Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Benigno Manilan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Sarmiento de Resistencia from getting a goal against them. After having played for 86 minutes, Tibor Pálffy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grandi Lupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tibor Pálffy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basilio Mateus hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Márk Dala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Manilan having to interfere. Lajos Saághy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Sarmento's late challenge caught a Grandi Lupi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Sarmento helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Sarmento. Sarmiento de Resistencia succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Grandi Lupi had controlled the match.
