After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Iacob Irimescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters rose to their feet, but Iacob Irimescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Gomez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iacob Irimescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. The Valhalla Time fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 45 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Irimescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardino Gomez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurelio Perez hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When Maximino Eduino fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valhalla Time's protests and gave Maximino Eduino a yellow card for diving instead. Maximino Eduino hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Bernardino Gomez threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nechifor Ciurea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58thth minute of the game Maximino Eduino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Dumitru Buzea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elias Abecia struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dumitru Buzea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valhalla Time. After 70 minutes, Nechifor Ciurea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C CLUJ MEDICINA and the Valhalla Time players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Valhalla Time booed when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Ciurea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Eduino came free, but Dumitru Buzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Gomez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iacob Irimescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Abecia in the 83rd minute of play forced F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Dumitru Buzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dumitru Buzea having to interfere. The F.C CLUJ MEDICINA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing F.C CLUJ MEDICINA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
