The AnÐaRaHy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurício Correia should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Elói Mandrak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilário Neiva was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Ronaldo Dias made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AnÐaRaHy's Emerson de Alcântara. Emerson de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamilton Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamilton Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Hamilton Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilário Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elói Mandrak in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pau Nas Canelas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dadá Correia was slow to take the kick. During this time AnÐaRaHy's players had a chance to rest. Dadá Correia made a great header on AnÐaRaHy's corner, it was just that Pau Nas Canelas's Hilário Neiva managed to reach the ball for a save. Ruy Reis helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Elói Mandrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hilário Neiva. That made the score 3-2 in the 84 minute of play. Fernando Ribas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Henriques in the 89th minute of play forced AnÐaRaHy's goalkeeper Maurício Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Ribas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Dadá Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurício Correia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Ribas went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Pau Nas Canelas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AnÐaRaHy for a fine match.
